【摘要】 目的 观察前列腺支架治疗前列腺增生合并神经源性膀胱的疗效。方法 对56例62～89岁(平均75岁)前列腺增生合并神经源性膀胱的患者应用前列腺支架治疗，分别于术前、术后进行疗效比较。结果 术后有效率达到82%。结论 前列腺支架治疗前列腺增生合并神经源性膀胱疗效良好。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of therapy for benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH) incorporation neurogenic bladder with prostate wallstent.Methods To cure 56 cases of BPH patients incorporation neurogenic bladder with urinary retention，and compare the curative effect.Results The effective rate of posttherapy was 82%.Conclusion The prostate wallstent therapy can be effective for BPH patients incorporation neurogenic bladder.
