油相干燥法制备薏苡仁酯微胶囊最佳工艺研究

     摘要:目的探讨油相干燥法制备薏苡仁酯微胶囊化的最佳工艺条件,得出包埋率高、感官质量好的薏苡仁酯微胶囊产品。方法丙酮为溶剂提取薏苡仁酯;以明胶为壁材,油相干燥法进行微胶囊化。结果用3.5倍的丙酮浸提3次,8 h/次,能萃取出薏苡仁中大部分的薏苡仁酯;壁材明胶水溶液的浓度为20%,芯材薏苡仁酯与壁材明胶的质量之比4∶10。结论得到的微胶囊于室温下喷雾干燥,其薏苡仁酯的包埋率达83.1%,包埋度达4.18%,包埋效果好。

    Study on the Technology of Microencapsulation of Coixendideby the Method of Oil-phase Drying

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the optimal technology of microencapsulating coixendide by the method of oil-phase drying and to gain microcapsules of high retention ratio and good taste. MethodsCoixendide was extracted by acetone from coix; Gelatin was selected as the wallmaterial and coixendide was microcapsulated by the method of oil-phase drying.ResultsMost coixendide could be extracted by adding 3.5 times of acetone into the dry coix powder for 3 times and extraction for 8hs each time. The concentration of gelatin solution was 20%; The ratio of coixendide to gelatin was 4∶10. After microcapsules were dried by blowing under roomtemperature, the retention ratio and the retention rate of coixendide were 83.1% and 4.18%.ConclusionThe optimum condition was to dry with wind at constant temperature. ......
