【摘 要】 目的 分析髓母细胞瘤的临床特点、治疗效果及影响预后的因素。 方法 分析20例经手术和病理证实的髓母细胞瘤病例的临床表现、诊断及综合治疗方法和影响预后因素，重点为手术等治疗与预后的关系。 结果 均采用显微手术，肿瘤全切17例，次全切3例，手术死亡率为0，19例行手术后放疗、个别化疗并随访18例，获得良好疗效。本组患者术后2年原位复发1例。转移到其他部位2例，其中1例显微全切患者术后未行放疗，2年后上颈髓转移死亡。 结论 髓母细胞瘤恶性程度高，手术全切肿瘤后辅以足够剂量的放疗为主等综合治疗及定期随访可有效降低复发率和转移率，延长生存时间。
