【摘 要】 目的 观察低分子量肝素和贝那普利联合应用治疗糖尿病肾病的效果。 方法 52例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为A、B两组。A组为对照组，予以常规治疗，B组为治疗组，除常规治疗外，加用低分子量肝素(速避凝)0.4ml皮下注射，每日1次，贝那普利10～20mg口服每日1次，14d为1疗程。 结果 A组治疗前后尿蛋白变化差异无显著性(P>0.05)，B组治疗后尿蛋白明显减少，差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。 结论 低分子量肝素和贝那普利联合应用治疗糖尿病肾病尤其是减少尿蛋白排出有效。
