桉油β环糊精包合物的制备工艺研究

     摘要：目的优选β环糊精包合桉油的最佳工艺。方法采取L9 (34) 正交实验，以包合物得率及包合率两个指标，综合考察βCD与油、βCD与水的比例、包合温度、搅拌时间四因素对β环糊精包合桉油工艺的影响。结果优选出工艺为A3 D1 C1B1，即环糊精∶桉油为8∶1，环糊精∶水为1∶10，包合时间为1 h，包合温度为40℃。结论包合方法工艺简单，方便实用，达到了改变桉油剂型的目的。
