摘要 :目的 观察肿瘤合并缺血性心脏病患者行远红外线体表照射全身高热治疗(全身热疗)时心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)的动态变化。 方法 40例ASAⅡ～Ⅲ级肿瘤合并缺血性心脏病择期行全身热疗患者，以热疗前cTnI≥0.3μg.L为阳性，将患者分为阴性组和阳性组。分别于热疗前、麻醉诱导后、出热疗舱和热疗后6h对2组患者进行血清cTnI的动态检测，记录围全身热疗期心电改变和心脏事件的发生情况。 结果 2组患者出热疗舱及热疗后6h的cTnI均显著高于热疗前(P<0.05或P<0.01);阳性组出热疗舱及热疗后6h时点的cTnI显著高于阴性组(P<0.05)，全身热疗后心电改变发生率明显高于阴性组(P<0.05)，心脏事件发生率亦高于阴性组。 结论 全身热疗前cTnI升高对评价肿瘤合并缺血性心脏病患者的危险性有较好的临床应用价值。
