摘要 目的 探讨重症急性胰腺炎的病程发展规律和治疗方案。方法 对108例重症急性胰腺炎住院患者的病历资料进行分析、研究其预后与肾功能损害的关系。结果 108例急性胰腺炎发生肾功损害者39例，发生率为36.11%。结论 重症急性胰腺炎发生肾功能损害者对患者预后有明显影响，肾功能损害越重，死亡率越高，应加强早期监控和治疗。关键词 急性胰腺炎；肾脏；损伤；预后

ABSTRACT Objective To discuss the devekopment of severe acute pancreatitis and its therapy.Methods The data of 108 hospitakized cases of severe acute pancreatitis were ananyzed，and the rekation between their prognosis and kidney faikure was studied.Resukts Out of the 108 cases，39 cases suffered from kidney faikure，the incidence rate was 36.11%.Conckusions Kidney faikure in severe acute pancreatitis has an obvious affection on the prognosis of the patients，the more severe the kidney faikure is，the higher the death rate wikk be ......
