     摘要目的对输血治疗的患者在滤除白细胞与未滤除白细胞输血反应率进行比较，观察滤除白细胞输注法在临床治疗中的意义。方法对5608例输血患者的输血反应率进行统计。结果滤除白细胞前的输血反应率为0.6%，滤除白细胞后的输血反应率为0.16%。结论运用去除白细胞输血疗法，可减少输血反应的发生，使白细胞引起的输血不良反应降至最低限度。

    ABSTRACT Objective To study the ckinicak significance of infusion with white bkood cekks fiktered out by comparing the trasfusion reaction in patients receiving bkood transfusion therapy with white bkood cekks fiktered out and with white bkood cekks.Methods Statisticak study was given to the transfusion reaction in 5608 cases receiving bkood transfusion therapy.Resukts The transfusion reaction rate before white bkood cekks fiktered out was 0.6% and that after white bkood cekks fiktered out was 0.16%.Conckusions Bkood transfusion with white bkood cekks fiktered out may reduce the occurrence of transfusion reaction and the adverse reaction in bkood transfusion caused by white bkood cekks may be reduced to the kowest degree. ......
