【摘要】 目的 探讨血β-HCG监测在异位妊娠保守性手术治疗中的应用。方法 回顾性分析保守性手术治疗异位妊娠58例，其中腹腔镜下施术25例，开腹施术33例，术后定期监测血β-HCG水平并予以分析。结果 保守性手术成功52例，术后3日血β-HCG下降幅度均超过50%。3例发生持续性异位妊娠，术后3日血β-HCG下降幅度均小于30%，其中2例配合药物保守治疗成功，1例二次手术切除病变输卵管。另3例因术中止血困难改行输卵管切除术。结论 异位妊娠保守性手术后血β-HCG监测是评估治疗效果的重要指标。

    Appraisal of the value of blood β-HCG monitoring in ectopic pregnancy cases treated by conservative surgery

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of blood β-HCG in the cases of ectopic pregnancy treated by conservative operation.Methods 58 cases of ectopic pregnancy treated by conservative operation were analyzed retrospectively.25 cases were operated with celioscope-assistance,33 cases were treated by laparotomy.After operating,regular observing and analysing of the level of blood β-HCG were performed.Results 52 cases treated by operation cured,the level of the blood β-HCG were down more than 50 percent three days after operation.Three cases were not cured with the level of blood β-HCG down less than 30 percent,two of which were cured by additionally administrated medicines,the other one was operated again.Another three cases were cut in oviduct because of blooding.Conclusion The change of blood β-HCG level is an important sign to appraise the results of ectopic pregnancy after operation. ......
