Abstract：The effects of selenium chiston on NB4 cells was studied by MTT，AO/EB and NBT reduced methods.The result showed that selenium chiston could inhibite the proliferation of NB4 cell obviously.The content of selenium chiston below 100 mg/L could induce NB4 cells differentiataion and The content of selenium chiston above 100 mg/L could induce NB4 cells apoptosis.
