腹腔内化疗在中晚期胃肠肿瘤治疗中的价值(附97例报告)

【摘要】 目的 探讨腹腔内化疗在中晚期胃肠癌治疗中的价值。方法 将2000年1月～2005年12月我院住院的患者，选择97例中晚期胃肠癌患者，在完成相应手术后，即用大量蒸馏水进行腹腔灌洗，选用5FU 1000～1500mg置入肝门、胰腺、脾门、肠系膜根部及创面存留。结果 全组病例均为Ⅲ、Ⅳ期胃肠癌，手术加腹腔内化疗后都不同程度延长了生命，仅3年生存率达35%以上。结论 腹腔内化疗起到了直接杀灭癌细胞的作用，可作为中晚期胃肠癌手术中一种常规辅助治疗方法，很有临床价值。【关键词】 中晚期胃肠癌；手术；腹腔内化疗
Value of intraperitoneal chemotherapy in treatment of moderate advanced gastrointestinal cancer:a report of 97 cases

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of intraperitoneal chemotherapy in moderateadvanced gastrointestinal cancer.Methods From January in 2000 to December in 2005,97 moderateadvanced gastrointestinal cancer were selected to study.Finished corresponding operation,used abundance distilled water to irrigate abdominal cavity,then put 5Fu(1000mg to 1500mg)in hepatic portal,pancreas,hilum of spleen,radix mesenteric and raw surface and then stored.Results All cases were Ⅲ or Ⅳ stage of gastrointestinal cancer,operation with intraperitoneal chemotherapy will prolong the patients life in different degree,just 3year survival rate is more than 35 percent.Conclusion Intraperitoneal chemotherapy is plays a role in killing the cancer cell directly,so it can be used as conventional adjunctive therapy after moderateadvanced gastrointestinal cancer operation and has important clinical value. ......
