【摘要】 目的 探讨外伤性粉碎性前颅底骨折的早期修复方法及效果。方法 回顾性总结外伤性粉碎性前颅底骨折25例的早期手术及结果。结果 采用了折叠的带蒂帽状腱膜骨膜瓣“三明治法”早期修复外伤性粉碎性前颅底骨折，取得了较好的结果。近期未发现脑脊液漏，颅内感染。结论 “三明治法”是早期修复外伤性粉碎性前颅底骨折较好的手术方法。【关键词】 前颅底骨折；修复
Reparation of traumatic comminuted fracture of anterior skull base at earlier period

【Abstract】 Objective To study the way and effect of reparation for traumatic comminuted fracture of anterior skull base at earlier period.Methods The surgery and outcome of 25 patients who underwent traumatic comminuted fractures of anterior skull base were retrospective summarized.Results “Sandwich”,folded pedicled flaps of percanial and aponeurotica gales,were utilized for traumatic fractures of anterior skull base without cerebrospinal fluid fistulous and meningitis.Conclusion The surgery way of “sandwich” were suitable for traumatic comminuted fractures of anterior skull base at earlier period.
