唑来膦酸联合化疗对多发性骨髓瘤病人骨痛的治疗效果

[摘要] 目的 评价唑来膦酸联合化疗对多发性骨髓瘤病人骨痛的临床疗效。方法 选择24例多发性骨髓瘤病人随机分为两组，每组12例，治疗组接受唑来膦酸联合化疗；对照组单用化疗，两组化疗方案相同，比较两组的疗效。结果 治疗组显效、有效、无效分别为4、6、2例，对照组分别为1、5、6例，治疗组疗效优于对照组(uc=5.36，P<0.05)。在应用唑来膦酸的病人中，除2例出现轻度发热外，余未见明显毒副作用。结论 唑来膦酸联合化疗可以显著缓解多发性骨髓瘤病人的骨痛。[关键词] 唑来膦酸；药物疗法；多发性骨髓瘤；治疗结果

[ABSTRACT]ObjectiveTo evaluate the therapeutic effect of zoledronic acid combined with chemotherapy on pain in bone in patients with multiple myeloma.MethodsTwentyfour patients with multiple myeloma and bone pain were randomly divided into two groups. The therapy group received zoledronic acid combined with chemotherapy, while the control group received only chemotherapy. The chemotherapeutic program of two groups was the same, and the outcome was compared.ResultsThe excellent, effective, ineffective results were achieved in four, six , and two patients in the combination group, and one, five, and six in the control group, respectively.
