【摘 要】 目的 探讨对重度有机磷中毒(AOPP)呼吸衰竭抢救的有效手段。 方法 通过机械通气(MV)及大剂量氯磷定治疗重度AOPP呼吸衰竭，观察愈后结果。 结果 经治疗的31例患者中，治愈29例(93.5%)，死亡2例(6.5%)。 结论 MV及重用氯磷定可有效治疗重度AOPP呼吸衰竭。
