【摘 要】 目的 观察萎胃康冲剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床疗效。方法 将200例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为2组。治疗组100例采用萎胃康冲剂口服治疗，对照组100例采用维酶素治疗。2组均3个月为1个疗程，4个疗程后统计疗效。结果 治疗组痊愈率54%，显效率31%，总有效率95%；对照组分别为0、0、13%。2组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 萎胃康冲剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效显著。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Weiweikang granule on chronic atropic gastritis (CAG).Methods 200 patients with CAG were randomly divided into two groups:100 patients in treatment group were treated with Weiweikang granule;the other 100 patients in control group were treated with Weimeisu tablet.Three months was a treatment course.The therapeutic effects were evaluated after 4 treatment courses for both groups.Result The cure rate,effective rate and total effective rate in treatment group were 54%,31%,95% respectively,which were 0%,0%,13% in control group.There were significant differences between two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion Weiweikang granule has an obvious therapeutic effect on CAG. ......
