Abstract The paper was in order to investigate into scientific and research management and new product exploit for the new developing independent/commercial clinical laboratory.The subject construct included samples reception room, clinical biochemistry, analytical chemistry, radioimmunology, gene-based diagnostics, clinical microbiology, cytogenetics,histopathology and cytopathology, and quality control system and biological safety system,etc. In the Scientific management and education,it was established that “Kingmed Scholarship” in both cooperates university of “Central-South University” and “Chongqing Medical University” in order to training high-level personnel for scientific and technique development.
