【摘要】 目的：加强对类赫氏反应的认识。方法：对肺结核患者化疗中出现类赫氏反应68例进行分析并对此反应作文献复习。 结果：明确了肺结核患者化疗中可出现类赫氏反应，提高了对类赫氏反应的认识。结论：重视类赫氏反应对结核病临床诊断治疗具有指导意义。

    【Abstract】 Objective：To pay more attention to the Herxheimer reaction. Methods:The 68 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis with the Herxheimer reaction during the course of chemotherapy for tuberculosis was analysed and the relative knowledge was studied. Results: The Herxheimer reaction can be seen in the pulmonary tuberculosis patients during the course of chemotherapy for tuberculosis and which is having been pay more attention. Conclusions: To pay more attention to the Herxheimer reaction is good to guide to diagnose and treat against tuberculosis.
