【摘要】 目的 观察以高压氧为中心的综合疗法对不同原因脑损伤后脑复苏的临床疗效，根据脑损伤的病因，结合脑复苏治疗前脑损伤程度来判断高压氧的疗效差别。方法 260例脑损伤后存在意识障碍的患者，根据脑损伤的病因分为四组，给予高压氧治疗，10次为1个疗程。绝大多数患者治疗2~3个疗程后分析各组间差异。结果 颅脑损伤组总有效率(82.5%)高于其他三组，但与脑血管意外组和脑缺氧组差异无显著性(P>0.05)；颅脑损伤组与脑肿瘤组比较，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。另外，颅脑损伤组显效率明显高于脑血管意外组，两组比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)，脑肿瘤组显效率为0。结论 对颅脑损伤后存在意识障碍的患者，高压氧治疗具有十分重要的意义，但对脑肿瘤术后患者脑复苏的疗效欠佳。

    Therapeutic effects on brain rehabilitation with combined therapy of centric hyperbaric oxygen after different factors-related brain injury

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effects of centric hyperbaric oxygen on brain rehabilitation after different factors-related brain injury according to the causes of brain injury and brain injury level before brain rehabilitation was treated.Methods 260 cases of conscious disturance after brain injury were divided into 4 groups according to the causes of brain injury.Hyperbaric oxygen treatment was given in the course of 10 times.Most patients were treated for 2~3 courses,then the discrepancy between groups was analysed.Results The total effective rate of the neurosurgical group (82.5%) was higher than the other 3 groups,But there was no significant difference with the stroke group and cerebral hypoxic group (P>0.05);the significant difference was found between the neurosurgical group compared and the brain tumour group (P<0.05).Additionally the significant effective rate of the neurosurgical group was obviously higher than that of the stoke group(P<0.01).The significant effective rate of brain tumor group is 0.Conclusion The application of hyperbaric oxygen is of important significance for the brain rehabilitation of the conscious disturbance patients after neurosurgical injury.But there is no significance for that of brain tumor after surgery. ......
