【摘要】 目的 探讨脑外伤昏迷程度与预后的关系。方法 对80例脑外伤昏迷患者的临床资料进行总结分析。结果 54例恢复意识，其中20例恢复工作或学习，19例生活可以自理，15例仍需他人照顾。结论 脑外伤昏迷患者的预后较差，对该类疾病的诊断和治疗目前还不是很理想，还需要加强研究，本文就脑外伤昏迷患者的治疗和预后进行了研究。

    【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the relation of the coma degree and the prognosis.Methods Through sum up the clinical data of eighty instance the coma patients with head injury.Results Fifty four instance resume consciousness,among twenty instance resume work or study,nineteen instance can oneself life,fifteen instance remain need others give consideration to.Conclusion The prognosis of the coma patients with head injury is not very well,the diagnosis and the treatment of this kind disease is not very ideal, it still need to strengthen the research, this article has conducted the research on the treatment and the prognosis of the coma patients with head injury.
