【摘要】 目的 探讨医源性胃肠漏的原因及预防措施。方法 总结1996年8月～2004年12月间治疗的22例医源性胃肠漏的原因分析并提出措施预防。结果 22例胃肠漏中良性疾病10例，恶性疾病12例；择期手术9例，急症手术13例；高位漏14例，低位漏8例；吻合口漏16例，非吻合口漏6例；保守治疗15例，再手术7例。治愈16例，死亡6例。结论 造成这一严重并发症的主要原因是手术方式选择不当，吻合技术缺陷，吻合口局部情况不良，忽视术后处理等。术中术后正确处理对减少胃肠漏的发生有重要意义。
