【摘要】 目的 观察痛平膏的主要药理作用，为临床应用提供实验依据。方法 用热板法、醋酸法致疼痛小鼠模型，观察其镇痛作用；用角叉菜胶、二甲苯致大、小鼠急性炎症模型，考察其抗炎作用；采用葡聚糖致微循环障碍小鼠模型，研究痛平膏的活血作用。结果 痛平膏可提高动物因热刺激致痛的痛阈值，减少因醋酸刺激而发生扭体反应的动物只数；对角叉菜胶致大鼠足趾肿胀有抑制作用，可减轻二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀的肿胀度；对静脉注射葡聚糖溶液引起的小鼠微循环障碍，有明显的改善作用。结论 痛平膏具有镇痛、抗炎和活血的药理作用。

    The principal pharmacodynamics of tongping ointment

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the principal pharmcodynamics of Tongping ointment and provide experimental data for clinical application. Methods Methods of acetic acid-induced writhing and hot-plate test in mice were used to study the analgesic effect. Models of acute inflammatory reactions of xylene-induced mouse ear edema and carrageen-pastern-induced rat paw edema were performed to study the anti-inflammatory effects. To prepare the model of mouse ears microcirculatory disturbance by intravenous injection of dextran solution for observing promoting blood circulation effect of Tongping ointment. Results The pain threshold was remarkably improved and the number of writhing mice induced by acetic acid were decreased. Tongping ointment significantly suppressed carrageen-pastern-induced rat paw edema and xylene-induced mouse ear edema. The microcirculatory disturbance induced by injecting dextran solution was ameliorated markedly. Conclusion Tongping ointment manifested analgesic effect ......
