【摘要】 目的 掌握华北部队呼吸道传染病发病特点及规律，以采取有效的预防措施，保障官兵身体健康。方法 对华北部队10年传染病报告卡数据库和住院病人病案首页库，依据病例发病时间、病种等进行统计；采用描述流行病学分析研究的方法。结果 呼吸道传染病报告发病数总体有逐年增多趋势，疾病发生季节性明显，地区分布有差异，人群分布有特点，为制定预防措施提供了理论依据。
