[摘 要] 目的：二维彩色多普勒超声对下肢动脉疾病的诊断。方法：分析185例下肢动脉疾病的声像图特点。结果：185例患者中，下肢动脉粥样硬化83例，血栓闭塞性脉管炎33例，糖尿病下肢动脉病变69例，另设正常人对照组80例，分别对各组病例进行二维彩色多普勒超声检查，并进行对比分析。结论：二维彩色多普勒超声能清楚显示下肢动脉血管的结构，血流状态，频谱形态等，对区分各种下肢动脉疾病及评价病变严重程度只有诊断价值与临床意义。[关键词] 二维彩色多普勒超声；诊断；动脉疾病
Diagnosis of Arterial Disease in Lower Extremities with Twodimensional Color Doppler Ultrasound

Abstract:Objective Arterial diseases in the lower extremities were diagnosed with twodimensional color Doppler Ultrasound (2DUS).Methods The ultrasonographic characteristics of arterial diseases in the lower extremities of 185 patients were analysed.Results Among the 185 patients, arteriosclerosis was found in 83 cases,thromboangitis obliterans in 33, and diabetes mellitus in 69. Eighty normal persons were chosen as the control group.All patients under ovent 2DUS. The results were analyzed and compared with those of the controlgroup.Conclusions 2DUS can show clearly the arterial structures of blood flow status and spectral contours. 2 DUS is valuable to determine the severity of arterial disease in the lower extremities and to make dif'ferential diagnosis. ......
