【摘要】 目的：观察思密达、胃复安在治疗新生儿咽下综合征的效果。方法：将2002年1月至2005年1月本院新生儿病房的70例新生儿咽下综合征患儿，随机分为思密达组和胃复安组。观察止吐时间，判断两组间治愈率。 结果：结果显示口服思密达组45例患儿14小时治愈37例，有效8例，治愈率82.1%。肌注胃复安或洗胃组14小时治愈13例，有效12例，治愈率58%。口服思密达组无任何副作用出现。结论：对比治疗表明：思密达治疗新生儿咽下综合征疗效满意，并发症少，无副作用，值得临床优先应用。

    【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the offect of Dioctahedral smectite and Metoclopramide on the treated newborn swallow syndrome. Methods:70 patients who were admitted to our hospital from January.2002 to January 2005,Newborn swallow syndrome ,wrer desided two parts .somebody with Dioctahedral smectite drug,the other with Metoclopramide .observe the effect to stopped vomit and jadge thc rate efficient both groups.Results: The results show: on the groups of rourth-five paitents with Dioctahedral smectite ,there were thirty-seven healed, efficient eight examples. Rate healed 82.1% in fourteen hours. Metoclopramide or clean stomach group, there were thirteenexamples treated, efficient twelve examples, rate healed 58%. Dioctahedral smectite group havn'tever side effect..and rate efficient more hight than control group .Conclusions: Simida can very shorten the time of stopped vomit, reduced complicate,and havn't side effect. It's first choice in the middle of treated drugs. ......
