摘要: 皮肤的愈合过程十分复杂，包括炎症细胞的聚集、基质沉积、再上皮化以及成熟瘢痕形成等过程。年龄常常影响着上皮愈合，其造成的急、慢性创面愈合难题加重了社会的负担。皮肤是雌激素作用的终末靶器官，它能够在很多方面与皮肤的功能相关，包括表皮、真皮、血管、毛囊和皮脂腺等。近年来的研究显示，老年男性或女性创面愈合局部应用雌激素能加速愈合过程。因此，雌激素在创面愈合中的作用十分重要。本文回顾了雌激素在创面愈合多个阶段———炎症、增殖和塑形期的作用。但目前对雌激素在创面愈合中作用的系统研究仍然很少。进一步了解雌激素在创面愈合中的作用将有助于改善创面修复的能力。
