摘要: 随着交通、运输业和矿业的发展，急性脊髓损伤的发病率也不断上升。目前在临床治疗中普遍存在重视手术治疗(脊髓减压，脊柱稳定手术)，而忽视脊髓功能保护药物应用的趋势。其实，有相当一部分脊髓损伤的病人在早期并非完全性损伤，而是由于处理不当导致的继发性损伤造成的。因此，早期应用减轻水肿、对抗有害因子的药物和神经营养药物在保护脊髓功能中有着非常重要的作用。
