中小学男生静态姿势控制功能发育特点研究

     【摘要】目的 定量评价中小学男生静态姿势控制功能,探讨其发育特点,为制定体育教育促进方案提供理论依据。方法采用计算机人体平衡测试仪,评定98名发育正常的中小学男生,维持静态站立的稳定性。结果中学组6种感觉状态下的平均平衡分以及状态4,6的平衡分均显著高于小学低年级和小学高年级组(P<0.01),2个小学组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);中学组在状态2,3,5中的平衡分仅高于低年级小学组(P<0.01),其余各组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 初中男生静态姿势控制功能高于小学男生,不同年级小学生之间能力相当;用于维持姿势稳定的视觉系统的代偿功能和前庭系统的整合功能到初中才获得显著提高。

    Characteristics of Static Postural Control Function Growth in Boys of Primary and Secondary School

    【Abstract】Objective To explore the development features of static postural control functions in boys of primary and secondary schools and to provide evidence for physical education improvement. Methods The static postural control functions of 98 normal boys were evaluated by the SMART Equi Test 8.0. Results Score of composite equilibrium under six conditions and equilibrium score in condition 4 and 6 in middle school group was significantly higher than two groups in primary school (P<0.01), and no statistical significance was found between the two groups in primary school(P>0.05). The significantly lower score were also found in middle school boys compared with junior boys in primary school in condition 2,3 and 5(P<0.01), but no statistical significance was found in other groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The static postural control functions in boys of middle school are better than that of the boys of primary school while no difference of static postural control functions is found between senior and junior students of primary school. Compensatory function of visual system and integrate function of vestibular system maintaining a stable posture are improved significantly in the boys of senior middle school. ......
