摘要: 目的 评价T形钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折的疗效。 方法 用T形钢板治疗肱骨近端粉碎性移位骨折38例，按AO分类:B形26例，C形12例。平均随访23个月(10～41个月)。 结果 术后无伤口感染、骨折延迟愈合等并发症发生。骨折愈合时间为术后2～4个月(平均3.1个月)。按照Neer's肩关节功能评定标准:优26例，良7例，可3例，差2例。 结论 T形钢板对肱骨近端粉碎性骨折固定牢稳，并发症少，术后功能恢复满意，为一理想的内固定方法。关键词: 骨折;肱骨近端;T形钢板;内固定
