异体肌腱移植重建喙锁韧带13例临床分析

     【摘要】目的评价异体肌腱重建喙锁韧带的临床效果。方法 13例重度肩锁关节脱位患者接受开放复位克氏针固定，采用深低温冷冻异体肌腱移植重建喙锁韧带。结果术后随访9~32个月，依据Constant评分，优良率100%。结论利用异体肌腱移植重建喙锁韧带显著增强了肩锁关节的稳定性，有疗效确切、损伤小、方法简便等优点。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effects of coracoclavicular ligaments reconstructions using allogentic tendons.Methods 13 cases of severe acromioclavicular dislocation received open reductions,fixed with Kirschners wires.The coracoclavicular ligaments were reconstructed by allogenic tendons.Results The follow-up was gave for 9~32 months,all cases were excellent according to Constant evaluation.Conclusion This method increased greatly the acromioclavicular joints stability.It has less injury、easy to perform and with reliable result.
