【摘要】 目的 探讨多层螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)在主动脉夹层动脉瘤的诊断和临床治疗中的应用价值。方法 15例夹层动脉瘤均进行了多层螺旋CT(MSCT)胸腹联合平扫及增强并将原始数据在SGI工作站进行多平面重建(MPR)、阴影表面显示(SSD)、最大密度投影(MIP)及容积处理(VR)等后处理。结果 15例均很好地显示了主动脉全程及其分支，真腔、假腔、内膜片及夹层动脉瘤的部位、范围得到满意显示。结论 MSCTA是诊断夹层动脉瘤准确、快捷、有效的首选检查方法，具有较高的临床应用价值。【关键词】 动脉瘤，夹层;体层摄影术，螺旋计算机；血管造影术

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of multislice spiral CT angiography (MSCTA) for the diagonosis and treatment of disseting aneutysm of aorta.Methods MSCT for chest and belly scanning and enhanced scanning was performed in 15 patients and the data was transferred to SGI workstation for image post processing including MPR,SSD,MIP and VR(4DAngio).Results The whole aorta and branches in 15 patients were displayed well by MSCTA.The true lumen,false lumen,intimal flap,location and extend of dissecting aneurysm were showed in all psatients satisfactorily.Conclusion MSCTA is accurate,fast and effective for the diagnosis of dissecting aneutysm. ......
