【摘要】 目的 探讨乳腺癌改良根治术中保留肋间臂神经的临床价值。方法 在48例乳腺癌改良根治术中完整保留肋间臂神经32例，切除肋间臂神经16例。术后对48例患者上臂内侧感觉功能进行随访观察。结果 48例患者在随访第1、6、24个月期间局部均未发现癌肿复发、转移。保留肋间臂神经32例中术后患侧上臂内侧及腋部皮肤感觉正常28例(87.5%)，感觉异常4例(12.5%)；而切除肋间臂神经的16例病人均有感觉异常。结论 在乳腺癌改良根治术中保留肋间臂神经可明显减少术后患侧上臂内侧感觉障碍的发生率，有助于提高病人的生活质量。

    Value of preserving intercostobrachial nerve during modified radical mastectomy for breast neoplasms

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical value of preserving intercostobrachial nerve (ICBN) during modified radical mastectomy for breast neoplasms.Methods All 48 cases of breast carcinoma were performed modified radical mastectomy.Of them,ICBN was preserved completely in 32 cases,and dissected in 16 cases.Sensory function of the medial upper arm of all patients was followed up after operations.Results No local recurrence and metastasis was found among the 48 patients during the first month,sixth month,twenty-fourth month following up period.Among the 32 patients with ICBN reserved,28 patients (87.5%) had normal sensation of the skin of upper medial arm and axilla,while paresthesia with ICBN dissected had paresthesia.Conclusion Preserving intercostobrachial nerve in modified radical mastectomy for the patients with breast cancer can decrease the incidence of abnormal sense on the skin of medial upper arm.It can enhance the life quality of the patients after operation. ......
