复方高渗盐溶液对失血性休克大鼠脾脏细胞凋亡的影响

     摘要: 目的 探讨复方高渗盐溶液(高渗氯化钠羟乙基淀粉40注射液,HSH)对失血性休克大鼠脾脏细胞凋亡的影响。方法 采用SD大鼠失血性休克模型,分别用HSH或乳酸林格氏液(RL)复苏,复苏后1、2、4小时处死动物,使用HE染色、透射电镜及TUNEL法观察其脾脏中淋巴细胞凋亡情况。结果 RL组复苏后1小时、HSH组各时相点凋亡指数(AI)与假手术组比较无明显差异(P>0.05 )。HSH组各时相点AI无明显差异(P>0.05)。RL复苏组除复苏后1小时外,AI均明显高于HSH组(P<0.05)。结论 HSH能减少失血性休克诱导的脾脏淋巴细胞过度凋亡,对失血性休克后机体免疫功能紊乱起保护作用。

    Effects of HSH resuscitation on spleen apoptosis in rats following hemorrhagic shock

    Abstract: Objective To evaluate effects of HSH resuscitation on the spleen apoptosis in rats following hemorrhagic shock.Methods Controlled hemorrhagic shock was induced by blood withdrawal(mean arterial pressure,40mmHg) and maintained for 60 min.Animals were randomly divided into 3 groups:group 1 (n=6) was shamoperated,group 2(n=18) was treated with RL,and group 3 treated with 6ml/kg HSH(n=18).The rats were killed 1,2,4h after resuscitation.Use HE staining,Transmission Electron Microscopy,TUNEL staining to detect the apoptosis of lymph cell in spleen ......
