用微型包囊法研制新型高效微生态活菌制剂

     摘要 采用流化床技术与喷嘴结合的微型包囊法,将3种双歧杆菌、高效活菌保护剂和双歧促生因子一起作为核心物质,包封于无毒囊材中制成耐酸肠溶微囊(或微球)。微囊在人工模拟胃液(pH 1.5~2.0)中处理4 h,其中的双歧杆菌活菌数仍保持在44%以上;在人工肠液中处理12 min,微囊全部崩解释放出活性菌,在37 ℃下保存3个月(相当于常温下1年以上),其中的活菌数仍大于109个/g。有效地解决了胃酸、消化酶和抗生素等对活性双歧杆菌的灭活和产品常温保存期短的问题。

    Novel and HighPerformance Microecological Viable Agent Prepared with Microencapsulation Technology

    Abstract In this paper, a new microencapsulation method which combined spray nozzle with fluidbed technology was adopted to encapsulate three kinds of Bifidobacteria together with efficient agents of protection and Bifidobacteria factors in nonpoisonous polymer film to form acidresisting,entericlysis microcapsules (or microsphere). Treated in artificial gastric solution (pH 1.5~2.0) for four hours, the amounts of viable Bifidobacteria in microcapsules prepared were still above 44%. When treated in artificial intestinal solution (pH6.8) for 12 minutes, they could be disintegrated and the viable bacteria released. More than 109 per gram of bacteria remained alive after a threemonth storage at 37 ℃(equivalent to one year at room temperature). This new method offera solution for keeping Bifidobacteria from being inactivated by gastric acid, digestive enzymes and antibiotics and prolong the storage period. ......
