     摘要采用反相高效液相色谱法，以羟苯乙酯为内标，同时测定活血素片中甲磺酸二氢麦角隐亭A(Ⅰ)和咖啡因(Ⅱ)的含量。用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂，以乙腈0.1 mol/L磷酸二氢铵(用磷酸调节pH 2.0)=30∶70为流动相，流速1.5 mL/min，于290 nm波长处检测Ⅰ，于265 nm波长处检测Ⅱ。平均回收率：Ⅰ为99.4%，RSD=0.21%(n=6)；Ⅱ为99.6%,RSD=0.41%(n=6)。实验证明该法简便快捷，能准确有效地控制产品的质量。

    Study on the Quantitative Determination of Dihydroergoeryptine A Mesylate and Caffeine contents in Vasobral Tablets

    Abstract This paper reportes a method for the simultaneous determination of dihydroergoeryptine A mesylate and caffeine contents in vasobral tablets by RPHPLC, with ethylparaben as internal standard. C18 column was used, with acetonitrile0.01 mol/L ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (adjusted the solution with phosphoric acid to pH 2.0) as mobile phase; the flow rate was 1.5 mL/min; the wavelengths of detector were 290 nm(dihydroergoeryptine A mesylate) and 265 nm(caffeine) respectively. The average recovery rate of dihydroergoeryptine A mesylate and caffeine were 99.4% with the RSD of 0.21% (n=6) and 99.6% with the RSD of 0.41%(n=6) respectively.
