【摘要】 目的 建立用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定杏荷止咳糖浆中芍药苷含量的方法。方法 采用Kromasil C18柱，以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(14∶86)为流动相，检测波长为230nm。结果 芍药苷在0.4016～2.008μg范围内与色谱峰面积呈线性关系；回归方程：Y=477820.2X-1799.4,r=0.9999；平均加样回收率及RSD分别为99.66%和0.80%。结论 该法简便、快速，测定结果重现性好，可用于该药质量控制。

    【Abstract】 Objective To establish the method for determining the content of Paeoniflorin in Xinghe Zhike Tangjiang by RP-HPLC.Methods Using Kromasil C18 Column,acetonitrile 0.1% Phosphoric acid Solution(14:86) as the mobile phase and detection wavelength at 230nm.Results The Calibration Curve was linear at a range of 0.4016～2.008μg for the Paeoniflorin and the linear equation was Y=477820.2X-1799.4,r=0.9999.The average recovery was 99.66% and the related standard deviation(RSD) was 0.80%.Conclusion This method was simple and convenient and quick,can be used to dominate the quality of Xing-he Zhike Tangjiang,and the duplicate of the result was good.
