【摘要】 目的 评价紫杉醇联合顺铂对晚期乳腺癌的治疗作用。方法 采用紫杉醇联合顺铂的联合方案，治疗晚期乳腺癌26例，初治患者10例，余16例均行根治术以后行辅助性放化疗后复发和(或)转移的患者,其中有2例在复发转移后曾用过ADM、CTX、5-FU联合化疗。均经细胞学或病理证实。结果 本组完全缓解(CR)2例(7.69%)，部分缓解(PR)13例(50.00%)，有效率(CR+PR)57.69%。主要毒性为骨髓抑制及消化道反应。结论 紫杉醇联合顺铂方案是治疗晚期乳腺癌较为理想的方案。

    Short term effect of paclitaxel combined DDP on advanced breast cancer in 26 cases

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of paclitaxel combined DDP on advanced breast cancer. Methods 26 cases of cytologically and pathologically confirmed advanced breast cancer were treated with combined chemotherapy including paclitaxal and DDP the cardinal drug. 10 out of 26 patients received no previous treatment. Results The complete response was observed in 2 out of 26 patients. Partial response was observed in 13 out of 26 patients. The overall response rate was 57.69%. Side effects were mainly myelo-suppression and digestive tract reaction. Conclusion Paclitaxel combined DDP regiment is worthy of use in the treatment of advanced breast cancer. ......
