甘草乌梅配伍化学变化的研究

     【摘要】 目的 研究常用药对甘草乌梅配伍后各类主要成分的定性及定量变化。方法 TLC定性分析两味药中主要成分的变化,用容量法及HPLC测定两味药中主要成分的含量变化。结果 配伍后乌梅中有机酸、甘草中甘草酸含量均较单味药中含量降低,同时甘草中黄酮类成分发生了异构化:异甘草苷在酸性水煎液中转变为甘草苷。结论 不同比例(1∶1~1∶5)炙甘草与乌梅配伍上清液中有机酸的含量(以柠檬酸计)随甘草比例的增加而减少。配伍组上清液中均不含甘草酸,甘草酸主要存在于沉淀中。

    Chemical changes in compatibility of Fructus Mume and Radix Glycyrrhizae

    【Abstract】 Objective To analyse chemical changes in compatibility of Fructus Mume and Radix Glycyrrhizae by quantitative and qualitative methods. Methods TLC,acid-base titrations and HPLC methods were used to analyse main components changes in compatibility of Fructus Mume and Radix Glycyrrhizae.Results The quantity of organic acid of Fructus Mume decreased. Flavonoid of Radix Glycyrrhizae changed.Isoliquiritin of Radix Glycyrrhizae changed into liquiritin.The quantity of organic acid in supernatant fluid was different in different ratio of Fructus Mume and Radix Glycyrrhizae.Conclusion The ratio of Radix Glycyrrhizae increased while the quantity of organic acid in supernatant fluid decreased.Glycyrrhizic acid was existed in precipitation. ......
