【摘要】 目的 评价参脉注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法 采用随机对照法，对50例充血性心力衰竭病人，进行疗效观察，其中28例西药结合参脉注射液作为观察组，22例单用西药治疗作为对照组，2周后观察心功能、血流动力学、心率、平均动脉压情况。结果 射血分数(EF)、心排血量(CO)、平均动脉压(MAP)均有明显改善(P<0.05)，心功能改善总有效率约为89.3%和77.2%(P>0.05)。结论 参脉注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭有明显疗效。

    Shenmai injection for congestive heart failure:report of 26 cases

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of shenmai injection in the treatment of congestive heart failure.Methods Fifty patients with congestive heart failure were randomized into treatment group (n=28,given combined western medicine with shenmai,and control group(n=22),given western medicine alone.After 2 weeks of treatment,cardiac function,hemodynamics,heart rate,mean arterial pressure were observed.Results Ejection fraction, cardiac output and mena arterial pressure improved obviously (P<0.05).The total response rate of cardiac function were 89.3% and 77.2%,respectively (P>0.05).Conclusion Shenmai injection as an adjuvant drug for congestive heart failure shows obvious efficacy. ......
