【摘要】 目的 探讨小剂量螺内酯对急性心肌梗死后左心室重构的影响。方法 选择首次急性心肌梗死82例，所有病例在常规治疗基础上(包括硝酸酯类、β-受体阻滞剂、阿司匹林、低分子肝素)，随机分为A组(常规治疗组)、B组(常规治疗+螺内酯20mg/d)，分别在1个月、12个月后对心室重构指标及血清钾指标进行检测。结果 在治疗12个月后，A、B两组的左心室重构各指标及血清钾浓度差异均有显著性，P<0.05，但血清钾浓度在正常范围内。结论 小剂量螺内酯可改善急性心肌梗死的左室重构，并且安全，不易引起高钾血症。

    Observation of low dose spironolactone in treating the left ventricular remodeling after acute myocardial infarction

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of low dose spironolactone to prevent left ventricalar remodeling in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods In 82 patients with first acute myocardial infarction,in addition to conventional therapy,including nitroxide drugs,beta-blockers and aspirin,the patients were randomly divided into group A (conventional therapy) and group B (conventional theray add spironolactone tab zomg daily) The ventricular function and the average kalium level were measurecl at 1 and 12 months after treatment.Results 12 months later,there were significant differences in the left ventricular remodeling and the level of the kalium between group A and B.But the kalium level in normal range.Conclusion Low dose spironolatone is effective in improving left ventricular remodeling of acute myocardial.infarction and safe for patients. ......
