我院儿童抗生素的使用分析

    [摘要] 目的：了解我院儿童病人抗生素的使用情况。方法：抽查我院儿科病历300份，填写“抗生素使用情况调查表”，分析总结儿科病人抗菌药物使用是否合理。结果：抗生素使用率98%，抗生素联合使用率为12.5%。使用频率最高的是头孢菌素类，其次是青霉素类、大环内酯类。结论：我院儿童住院病人抗生素的使用相当一部分是经验用药。
