【摘要】 目的探讨中西医结合治疗妊娠晚期合并急性胰腺炎。方法 回顾分析1985年3月～2005年3月中西医结合治疗妊娠晚期合并急性胰腺炎20例的临床资料。结果 17例患者痊愈，3例死亡。结论 及时迅速诊断妊娠合并急性胰腺炎并合理地治疗，可确保母婴安全。本病在好转恢复期会突然复发(反跳)，造成母婴死亡。因此，避免反跳是降低死亡率的重要因素。
