【摘要】 目的 为分析陈旧性踝关节骨折脱位的治疗效果。方法 对19例患者行切开复位内固定术。结果 平均随访3.2年，按Baired-Jackson踝关节功能评分标准，优良率84.2%。结论 对陈旧性踝关节骨折脱位，如无明显创伤性关节炎出现，应首选切开复位内固定术。

    【Abstract】 Objective For analyzing the results of the old ankle fracture-dislocation treatment.Methods By open reduction and internal fixation. 19 cases were followed with an average time of 3.2 years. Results Based on Baired-Jackson evaluation system, the rate of excellent and good was 84.2%. Conclusion The ORIF was preferral for the patient sufferd from old ankle fracture-dislocation without significant traumatic arthritis.

    各种原因造成的陈旧性的有移位的踝关节骨折脱位，在治疗上较为困难，以往对于骨折脱位超过3个月的患者，均考虑行踝关节融合术，给患者造成很大的疼痛。我科自1994～1999年共收治此类骨折病人19例，时间均超过2个月，无明显的创伤性关节炎出现，且骨质良好，全部采用切开复位内固定术，结果比较满意。现报告如下。
