[摘 要] 目的：探讨护理干预对提高脑瘫患儿生活质量的作用。方法：2004年1月至2005年7月在我院住院治疗的脑瘫患儿158例随机分为观察组和对照组，各79例，观察组在常规护理的基础上给予系统的护理干预，包括认知、药物、锻炼、心理行为干预措施，对照组给予药物维持治疗和传统的常规护理。连续进行8周。结果：观察组的生活质量明显优于对照组(χ2＝26.00，P<0.01)。结论：系统的护理干预能有效提高脑瘫患儿的生活质量。[关键词] 护理干预；脑瘫；生活质量

Abstract:Objective To discuss the impact of nursing interventionon the life quality of children with cerebral palsy.Methods Dividing the 158 cerebral palsy children from 2004.1 to 2005.7 in our hospital into even 2 groups.Giving the experimental group traditional protection plus systematic nursing intervention,including cognitive,medical,physical exercise,psychology intervention,while the normal group only medical treasure and traditional protection.And it lasts for 8 weeks.Results the life quality of experimental group has been improved better than the normal group(χ2＝26.00 ......
