     [摘要] 目的：探讨胼胝体发育不全的CT和MRI表现。方法：对9例经CT或MRI检查诊断为胼胝体发育不全的影像学表现进行回顾性分析。结果：CT可显示胼胝体发育不全的某些形态学表现，可诊断程度严重的胼胝体发育不全。MRI能显示畸形的全貌。结论：MRI是观察胼胝体发育不全的最佳方法。

    CT and MRI Diagnosis of Dysgenesis of the Corpus Callosum

    Abstract:Objective To study the CT and MRI findings of Dysgenesis of the Corpus Callosum.Methods The imaging findings of 9 cases Dysgenesis of the Corpus Callosum diagnosed by computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) were analysed retrospectively.Results CT scan can reveal some morphologic characteristics of the dysgenesis of the corpus callosum,and can diagnose serious malformation.MRI can reveal full view of the malformation.Conclusion MRI is the best method to diagnose the dysgenesis of the corpus callosum.
