药物流产后凝血功能变化分析

     [摘要] 目的：了解早孕妇女药物流产后凝血功能的变化。方法：检测30例早孕妇女服药前和第一次服药后第8天的凝血酶原时间(PT)，活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)和凝血酶时间(TT)。结果：服药后PT明显缩短(P<0.05)，APTT和TT差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论：早孕妇女进行药物流产后，阴道流血时，生理上外源性凝血作用明显加强。

    Abstract：Objective To study the blood coagulation function in early pregnant women after medical abortion.Methods Prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) and thrombin time (TT) of 30 early pregnant women before and after taking the medicine for the first time of the 8 days were detected.Results PT shortened obviously after taking the medicine(P<0.05),there were no significant difference in levels of APTT and TT between before and after taking the medicine (P>0.05).Conclusions Women terminated early pregnancy by medical abortion,when the vagina bleeding ......
