胸腰椎骨折的螺旋CT诊断与X线平片对比分析

     [摘要] 目的：对比分析胸腰椎骨折的螺旋CT及X线平片表现，提高X线平片及螺旋CT的诊断水平。方法：回顾分析20例胸腰椎骨折的X线平片与CT表现。结果：20例胸腰椎外伤骨折中，胸5、6椎体骨折1例，胸11椎体骨折2例，胸12椎体骨折7例，腰1椎体骨折4例，腰2椎体骨折2例，胸腰椎体陈旧性骨折2例，单纯附件骨折2例。结论：X线平片是脊柱损伤的基本检查手段，但不能判断椎管内是否有碎骨块。有时仅凭X线平片表现较难区分是陈旧性压缩骨折还是本次外伤导致的新鲜骨折，而CT能将二者区分开，为临床治疗提供重要价值，为法律提供有力依据。

    Comparative Analysis Between Spiral CT and Xray Plain on Thoracis and Lumbar Vertebrae’s Fracture

    Abstract：Objective To comparatively analyze the spiral CT and Xray plain appearance of thoracis and lumbar vertebrae’s fracture and to improve the diagnosis level of Xray plain and spiral CT.Methods The Spiral CT and Xray plain appearance of 20 cases ofthoracis and lumbar vertebrae’s fracture were analyzed retrospectively.Results In 20 cases of thoracis and lumbar vertebrae’s fracture,1 case is the fifth and sixth thoracis vertebrae fracture,2 the eleventh thoracis vertebrae,7 the twelveth thoracis vertebrae,4 the first lumbar vertebrae,2 the second lumbar vertebrae,2 the old fracture,2 vertebral arch fracture.Conclusion Xray plain is the main examination method of trauma of spine,it can’t see the splice of fracture in vertebral cannal and the old fracture and fresh fracture,but CT can.It can afford important value to clinic and to law. ......
