[关键词] CT；膀胱肿瘤；诊断[摘 要] 目的：回顾性评价CT对膀胱外肿瘤侵及膀胱的诊断价值。方法：我院近3年手术治疗膀胱外肿瘤侵及膀胱5例，术前CT对4例结肠癌侵犯膀胱患者做出准确诊断，1例前列腺癌侵犯膀胱做出疑似诊断。结果：5例分别为结肠癌及前列腺癌侵犯膀胱，CT诊断准确率为100%。结论：膀胱外肿瘤侵及膀胱的CT表现不同于膀胱原发肿瘤，CT检查对二者鉴别诊断有重要价值。
The Value of CT Diagnosticin Metastatic Tumor of Bladder

Abstract：Objective To retrospectively evaluate the value of CT diagnostic in metastatic tumor of bladder.Methods Total 5 cases of metastatic bladder tumor were taken on operation therapy in our hospital in recent 7 years,The preoperation 4 cases of diagnostic colon carcinoma infringe bladder,1 case of CT calculate prostate carcinoma infringe bladder.Results Bladder is encroached for colon carcinoma and prostate carcinoma respectively to 5 cases,The precision ratio of CT diagnosis reaches 100%.Conclusion Bladder metastatic tumor represent of CT different from primary bladder tumor,There are great value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
