ILBGE血气分析仪试剂的配制及应用研究

     摘要] 目的：探索配制ILBGE血气分析仪试剂。方法：自配ILBGE血气分析仪试剂，与进口原厂试剂进行比较分析。结果：自配试剂与进口试剂的测定结果各组差异无显著性(P>0.05)，具有良好的相关性(r≥0.99);精密度及回收试验效果满意；试剂在室温下保存可稳定18个月以上，对电极无损坏作用。结论：自配试剂临床应用效果良好，稳定价廉，可替代原装进口试剂。

    Preparation and Exploratory Development of ILBGE Blood Gas Analyzer Agent

    Abstract:Objective To explore the preparation of ILBGE blood gas analyzeragent.Methods We prepared ILBGE blood gas analyzer agent ourselves and compared it to imported agent.Results There is no significant difference between agent prepared by ourselves and imported agent(P>0.05).The correlation of them is satisfactory(r≥0.99).Both the results of degree of precision and recovery test aresatisfactory.The agent can be stored at room temperature over 18 months.Moreover ......
