对病案管理服务性的调查探讨

     [摘 要] 目的:在医务人员中调查分析对病案管理服务性的认识。方法:发放调查问卷400份,占全院职工96%,回收397份。结果:该院98%的职工认为服务于临床、教学、科研;80%职工认为计算机的应用有有力的促进作用;50%认为互联网的作用将病案管理服务性推向社会化、全球化。结论:随着社会和科学技术的不断发展与人们医疗意识的不断提高,病案管理服务性的内涵已经逐渐地在扩充完善,且在很多方面都体现了其重要性。

    Investigate of the Service to Case Management

    Abstract:Objective Investigate the understanding of the service to case management in medical personnel.Methods Issue the 400 questionaires,occupy the hospital's workers 96%,recover 397.Results 98% workers thinks its service in clincal、teaching、scientific resrarch;80% workers thinks the application of the computer can promote the service function of its service powerfully; 50% workers thinks the function of the Internet may push the direction of the service to case management towards socialization and globalization. Conclusion Increase continuously to the medical consceousness and along with the development in science and technical the content of the service to case management had expanded and perfected gradually and embod its importance in many ways now. ......
