【摘要】 目的 观察综合康复治疗偏瘫患者的疗效。方法 60例急性脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，治疗组采用多种康复技术对偏瘫患者进行治疗，对照组仅使用常规的内科治疗。结果 治疗后，两组患者的运动功能、日常生活活动能力及肌肉功能均有改善，但治疗组患者的疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 综合康复治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者可取得较好疗效。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect on comprehensive rehabilitive treatment of hemiplegic patients.Methods 60 cases of stroke with hemiplegia were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.Patients of the treatment group were treated with multi-rehabilitation techniques,and cases of the control group were treated only with drug.Results After treatment,the extremity motor function and ability of daily living activities and muscle function of patients of two groups were improved,but there was a significant difference between the treatment group and control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitive treatment is more effective on stroke patients with hemiplegia. ......
